Week 17

Those that have known me over the years probably just did a double take. Primarily a dog player, this is the first time I've laid double digits in a long time but the situation is good for the Broncos; needing a win to secure a 1st-round bye and looking to go into that bye with a better feeling than they had after Monday night's ugly loss on national TV.

Going to the well once again with the Cardinals, who have taken my money on consecutive weeks. They are in a lot of good bounce-back situations this week and San Fran hasn't exactly earned the right to be favored by nearly a TD.

Looking for the Cardinals to cover this game with mostly defense in what should be a low-scoring matchup. The birds are at home, both teams should be plenty motivated, and I would be shocked to see Arizona ask Lindley to do much at all. Expect to see some packages for backup QB Thomas as well.

I added the money for my New England future in my season profit but not counted in the win-loss record.
